Cecilia Phong, M.D.

Dr. Phong chose her career in obstetrics and gynecology because of her passion in caring for women in all aspects of their lives. From adolescence through the reproductive years and into menopause, she appreciates her role in helping people navigate the various challenges presented during the different phases of life. As a local raised in the I.E., Dr. Phong is proud to serve the community that she grew up in. She is experienced in managing a wide variety of obstetrical conditions, from delivering babies to providing medical and surgical treatment for an array of gynecologic pathologies. Dr. Phong has pursued many professional interests including the management and deliveries of pregnancies, laparoscopic/hysteroscopic surgery, endometriosis, adolescent care, contraception, pelvic pain, menstrual abnormalities, and infertility. While completing her residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. She received awards in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and reproductive endocrinology culminating in her selection by her peers as Chief Resident. Dr. Phong is committed to treating her patients with compassion and courtesy providing detailed guidance in making informed choices for each woman’s individual needs.
